It’s designed to help rewire your brain and body to think of food in a healthier way and to free you from a negative diet mentality. We are trying to bring back a sense of normality when it comes to eating, and for you to find your intuitive eating patterns.
For this to happen we need structure, we need to lay down a new foundation, new neuro-pathways creating new habits based on your natural eating pattern.
