As a Personal Trainer I strongly support mindful exercise – kinder is better, strong is not the new skinny, kind is the new strong.
I plan mindful exercise routines to have maximum impact on your cardiovascular and muscular system while supporting the fine balance of stress on the body! Short and sweet.
- Exercise plans are individually tailored to your needs, injuries, likes and dislikes.
- Each program can be used for up to 6 months before needing to advance the exercises.
- Each program is 45min consisting of interval, functional exercises.
- Choose between an upper body, lower body OR full body workout.
I recommend incorporating exercise 3/4 days per week – this will look different for everyone; a walk is also considered exercise…
